Managed by Rhubarb, we provide exceptional food and beverage experiences for students studying in London's top universities. Role Purpose

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join The Chop, an exciting quick-service salad concept in London Bridge, serving fresh, chef-crafted salads and toasted wraps to busy professionals, students, and visitors. Developed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Chop focuses on high-quality ingredients, efficient service, and consistently great food in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to develop their skills within a modern food concept.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef, ideally retail or quick service food experience
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and delivering consistently high-quality dishes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing fresh ingredients and components for signature salads, wraps, and side dishes
  • Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to brand standards
  • Supporting stock rotation, ordering, and waste control procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations

This full-time position offers a competitive rate of £15.80 per hour, with daytime shifts including weekends.
