About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Role Purpose: Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to elevate your career in a truly unique and prestigious environment? This is your opportunity to work with premium ingredients, deliver exceptional dining experiences, and be part of unforgettable world class events. Up to £17.30 per hour. CODA is a destination dining spot, situated in the iconic Royal Albert Hall open all day to ticket holders as well as the general public.

  • Craft and present high quality dishes to exceptional standards
  • Work with premium, seasonal ingredients in a dynamic kitchen
  • Play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for high profile guests
  • Continue developing your skills within a supportive, professional team

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • A genuine passion for food, quality, and creativity
