Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb deliver unique dining and venue management at some of the worlds most iconic locations.

About The Venue: 8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 8 features two café bars; a restaurant on level 26; The Lookout on level 50; executive dining and meeting rooms plus an auditorium for up to 200 guests.

Role Purpose: Café Team Leader – 8 Bishopsgate in partnership with Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. £15 per hour (Hourly Contract) Immediate Start. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our café team at 8 Bishopsgate. Whether serving familiar faces or visitors to the site, you'll bring personality, leadership and passion to our business. As Team Leader, you will work across our 2 cafés, reporting to our Café Manager. You will support the running of daily operations, lead the team during service, and ensure we deliver exceptional standards across both sites.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have head barista experience, ideally within food retail or a similar quality led, fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership skills, great presence, excellent communication abilities and a genuine love of food and drink are essential. You should be confident training and motivating team members whilst maintaining high standards during busy periods.
