About the Venue
Mamma Mia! The Party is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet – all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show.
Role Purpose
Join an immersive musical theatre and dining experience at the iconic O2 where every service is high energy and unforgettable. If you are a natural leader who thrives in fast paced environments and loves delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
- Leading and coordinating bar teams to deliver seamless, high volume service
- Delivering engaging pre service briefings and motivating the team throughout shifts
- Managing guest requests and resolving queries to ensure outstanding experiences
- Liaising with kitchen, management, and stakeholders to keep service running smoothly
What we are looking for
- Hospitality experience is essential with proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong background in high volume restaurants, events, or bars
- Confident communicator with excellent guest relations skills
- Available to work weekends and late finishes past midnight with access to the O2

This role is part of a unique, high volume banqueting style environment within an immersive dining experience at the O2.
