We are looking to recruit a brilliant Assistant General Manager to join the Darwin Brasserie team at Sky Garden. Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant, inspired by the very best of British dining. Laid‑back yet luxurious, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor, allowing the food – and the incredible views – to do the talking.
A proven leader, the AGM will ensure our team are trained to deliver the highest level of service to our guests – up to 900 per day. You will also confidently stay on top of admin, rotas, payroll, recruitment and group bookings.
The ideal candidate must have experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager at a minimum, or as an Assistant General Manager within a similar high‑quality, high‑volume, fast‑paced dining environment, and be accustomed to managing large guest volumes. You’ll need to be smart in all senses, charismatic, engaging and able to lead, inspire and command the respect of a team of 75 staff.
