About the Venue

Role Purpose

OVG has taken the reins at the St Marys Stadium and we’re building something special. We need talented chefs who are ready to deliver exceptional food on the biggest matchdays in football.

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard‑working individual to join our logistics team at our Southampton stadium. This hands‑on role is essential to the smooth running of match days and events, involving the movement of stock, setting up retail and service areas, and ensuring the venue is cleared and reset post‑event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move stock and equipment around various locations in the stadium
  • Assist with setting up retail units, kiosks, and hospitality areas before match days
  • Clear and reset areas within the stadium following events or match days
  • Work closely with the Retail Manager and other operational teams to ensure all logistics tasks are completed efficiently
  • Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • No formal qualifications required
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and match days
  • Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in events, stadium logistics, or similar hands‑on roles is desirable but not essential
