Role Purpose
Join our matchday operations team, supporting the delivery of food and beverage services across hospitality areas, kitchens, and retail outlets within the stadium. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, casual work in a fast-paced and exciting matchday environment.
What we're looking for
We are hiring Kitchen Porters to support matchday and event operations at Lincoln FC.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, hospitality, or cleaning environment is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and stadium events
What you'll be doing
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment during service
• Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with basic preparation and organisational tasks when required
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
• Supporting the smooth operation of food service areas before, during, and after events
• Following food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Good to know
The pay rate is £12.16 for those aged 18 and over, and £8.97 for those under 18, with both rates inclusive of holiday pay. Shifts are flexible and are scheduled around home matchdays and stadium events, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional stadium catering environment.
