Role Purpose
Join our management team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across bar, retail, and hospitality operations at Lincoln City FC. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality leaders seeking flexible, casual work in a fast-paced and exciting matchday environment.
What we're looking for
We are recruiting Managers to oversee teams and operations across our bar, retail, and hospitality outlets during matchdays and stadium events.
We are looking for Kiosk / Bar / Hospitality managers.
• Previous management experience within hospitality, catering, retail, leisure, or events
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Proven experience managing high-volume customer-facing operations
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and event days
What you'll be doing
• Leading and overseeing bar, retail, and hospitality operations across designated areas of the stadium
• Managing and supporting Supervisors and front-line teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitoring operational performance and ensuring high service standards are maintained
• Managing staffing levels, labour deployment, and team coordination throughout events
• Creating a positive and engaging experience for supporters, guests, and corporate clients
Good to know
The pay rate for this role is £18.00 per hour. Shifts are flexible and primarily scheduled around Lincoln City FC home fixtures and stadium events, offering varied and rewarding casual work throughout the year.
