Role Purpose
- Leading the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences across all matchday and non-matchday events, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and a culture of world-class guest engagement.
- You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a hospitality programme that reflects the stadium’s premium standards and brand values, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of matchday and non-matchday hospitality operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating hospitality teams to deliver outstanding service across all venues and events.
- Developing structured career progression pathways and training programmes for all hospitality roles.
- Fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Leading by example, maintaining visibility across all hospitality areas during events.
