Landscaping Crew | Seasonal Part-Time | Subaru Park

Overview

The grounds department is responsible for the upkeep of Subaru Park, WSFS Sportsplex and all surrounding landscaping.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

This is a seasonal position, starting June 1, 2025 ending October 1, 2025.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.

Responsibilities

• All candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Assist Director of Grounds and Head Sports Turf Manager with daily landscape maintenance throughout the campus
• Assure all necessary event equipment is set up and in working order
• Water and maintain all landscape beds
• Mow and maintain lawns and parking lots

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively independently or in groups, many times unaccompanied
• Strong work ethic, time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, ladders, walking for extended periods of time, etc
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have flexible hours including night, weekend, and holiday work
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions such as rain, wind, heat, etc
