Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specializing in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world’s most iconic locations.

About The Venue: 22 Bishopsgate, one of London’s most iconic workplace locations in the heart of the City, features The Market as its central food and beverage hub spanning 20,000 square feet on the second floor. Operated exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Market brings together artisanal coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, diverse culinary options including the Market Kitchen brasserie and rotating food stalls, and vibrant bars like On Tap wine bar.

Role Purpose: £14.75 per hour, mostly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be providing food for our restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be cooking up a range of Italian vibrant dishes with an innovative edge. The ideal Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. That said, if you’ve worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we’ve got something for you too. You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.
