Role Purpose
Join Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, one of the UK’s most dynamic and innovative catering operators as we continue to raise the bar at 22 Bishopsgate, one of London’s most prestigious workplace destinations.
We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy Head of Hospitality to lead the delivery of our workplace hospitality and events operation. It is a high profile leadership role, overseeing a division that generates multi‑million annual revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day‑to‑day hospitality operations across on‑floor catering, workplace events, and modern amenity spaces, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a multi‑client portfolio, acting as the key liaison.
- Develop and implement forward‑thinking hospitality strategies that align with client objectives, elevate the guest experience, and deliver strong commercial performance.
- Continuously improve service delivery, using guest feedback, menu innovation, and evolving service models to keep experiences fresh and engaging.
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration across your operational and front of house teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in contract catering or high‑end workplace environments (Essential)
- Strong leadership background managing teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent client‑facing skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience overseeing high‑volume or multi‑site operations
