Role Purpose

At Co‑op Live, we’re looking for a bold Head of Facilities to take the reins of our Facilities team and raise the bar for live entertainment venues. You’ll shape and deliver a standout facilities strategy, drive high standards across policy and compliance, and lead a team that’s obsessed with creating an unbeatable fan experience. This is your opportunity to make a real impact and help define the best arena in the UK. Please note this role works 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and out of hours.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Facilities in the best interest of the venue. You will be comfortable when it comes to managing budgets, developing and executing a strategy along with experience at senior level within Facilities Management within a large capacity venue. This role is managing a hardworking team of 6 and would welcome a brilliant people manager who puts people at the heart of all they do. You should enjoy talking to people, building relationships and have the ability to make decisions and work with autonomy.
