Role Purpose

A flagship opportunity at one of London’s most iconic dining destinations. Situated on Level 37 of the renowned Sky Garden, Fenchurch Restaurant by Kerth Gumbs offers an unforgettable dining experience above the London skyline. This is elevated dining in every sense – bold menus, striking views, and an atmosphere that blends energy with refined hospitality. Chef Kerth Gumbs is our Chef de Cuisine, whose signature style fuses exceptional British produce with the vibrant, expressive flavours of his Anguillan heritage, currently holding 2AA Rosettes. Following an exciting recent relaunch, Fenchurch now features a dynamic mix of experiences: from relaxed bar seating to a refined tasting menu and à la carte offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a Head Chef who is ready to step into a high‑profile leadership role. Working closely with Kerth, you will lead the kitchen in delivering bold, contemporary cuisine with creativity, precision, and flair. You’ll inherit a solid brigade of 15–20 chefs and will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and inspiring them to perform at their best. Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for nurturing talent are essential. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record in delivering modern cuisine.
