Role Purpose: Join the team at Southampton Football Club as a Matchday Chef, delivering high quality food in a fast paced, exciting stadium environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs seeking flexible, casual work during matchdays and major events at St Marys Stadium.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen or stadium/venue environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy matchday service

What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard for matchday hospitality and catering outlets
- Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods
- Maintaining strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Assisting with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively with the wider catering and hospitality team
