Creativity is at the core of everything we do - and our in-house design team plays a vital role in bringing our brands and stories to life.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is passionate about hospitality, has a genuine love for food and drink, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to design across a portfolio of beautiful restaurants and world-class hospitality accounts, supporting marketing activations, developing campaign identities, and acting as a brand guardian.

From updating menus and brochures to designing campaign logos, concepts, and mood boards, you’ll support the wider marketing team in delivering best-in-class creative across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day design contact across multiple sites, managing relationships, requests, and priorities - strong client-facing communication skills are as important as design ability.
  • Update and design restaurant collateral, including menus, brochures, signage, and in-venue assets.
  • Design creative visuals for marketing activations and campaigns, including logos, event branding, and social media content.
  • Support concept development and mood boarding for new hospitality projects.
  • Create professional presentations, templates, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Manage and organise design assets, templates, and shared folders.
  • Oversee print and production processes, liaising with suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design consistency across all outputs.
About You

You’re a creative thinker with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality design. You’ll have the confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team player, delivering beautiful, effective design work that captures the spirit of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair - hospitality or lifestyle projects a plus.
  • Experience in producing marketing collateral across print and digital platforms.
  • Understanding of brand identity, with the ability to maintain consistency while adding creativity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a flair for typography and layout.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of print production and processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • A genuine love for food, drink, and design.
What We Offer
