What You’ll Be Doing
- Play a key role in delivering exceptional quality food at high profile events
- Inspire, lead, and elevate your team to consistently exceed standards
- Take ownership of preparation, presentation, and seamless service across a variety of luxury event styles
- Collaborate on innovative menu creation, tastings, and exclusive client showcases
What We’re Looking For
- A passionate chef with solid experience in fast paced, professional kitchens
- A background in fine dining or five star environments with a strong eye for detail
- A confident leader who thrives on developing and motivating high performing teams
- A creative flair and genuine enthusiasm for pushing culinary boundaries
Good to know
This Sous Chef role offers up to £20 per hour plus benefits, including 40% discount on food and beverage, meals on duty, and ongoing training and development. You’ll gain exposure to high profile events across London and beyond, with clear opportunities to grow within a leading hospitality group. Our production Kitchen is based in South West London and this role offers great flexibility on a casual contract supporting events across London.
