Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb deliver unique dining and venue management at some of the worlds most iconic locations.
About The Venue
Rhubarb are proud to be partnering with Frameless – a game-changing visitor attraction – London’s first permanent digital immersive arts and culture experience.
On top of the main experience, Frameless features dedicated events spaces and exclusive hire opportunities, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches and filming.
Rhubarb manage all events and Hospitality at the venue.
Role Purpose
Salary – up to £40,000 dependant on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead everything F&B in collaboration with the venue and Rhubarb’s events team.
- Client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue and Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show rounds, overseeing menu tastings, attending briefings, and acting as an ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless.
- Manage day-to-day activities; support the events programme; ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
The Person
A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must.
- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the London Events market.
- Dynamic role within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, highly organised with attention to detail and quality.
