About the Venue

Since 2011, Rhubarb have provided all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences.

We manage 147 hospitality boxes, private and semi-private dining rooms, a roof terrace and for a handful of spectacular gala dinners, the arena itself. In addition to the busy box hospitality, our events span meetings, dinners, corporate launches, drinks parties and awards shows from BAFTA’s to the BFA’s.

Role Purpose

What you'll be doing
• Ensuring all event spaces and hospitality areas are presented to exceptional standards
• Leading team training to deliver consistently outstanding event execution
• Managing staffing levels in line with ticket sales, guest flow and demographics
• Supporting smooth delivery across multiple events and venues simultaneously


What we're looking for
• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for guest experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast moving environment
• Flexibility to adapt to different event styles and operational demands
• Previous hospitality and events experience is essential

Salary pays up to £40,000 with excellent opportunities for training and development to support your long term career progression.
