About The Venue

Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces.

Role Purpose

Rhubarb, London\’s legendary event caterer, backed by global entertainment powerhouse OVG International, is seeking an extraordinary Event Operations Manager to lead spectacular events at the iconic Sky Garden – London\’s highest public garden with breathtaking 360° views across the capital. Picture this: You\’re managing exclusive events where guests dine amongst the clouds, with the Thames snaking below and London\’s skyline as your backdrop. From intimate boardroom dinners to show-stopping corporate celebrations, you\’ll be the mastermind behind London\’s most talked-about events. This isn\’t just event management – it\’s theatrical production in the sky.

You\’ll craft bespoke event experiences that leave clients speechless, lead dynamic pre-event briefings that energise your vibrant team, and command events with confidence and infectious enthusiasm. From designing detailed floor plans and managing staffing logistics to coordinating seamlessly with building management, suppliers, and VIP clients, you\’ll handle every detail with precision whilst maintaining that signature Rhubarb charm.
