About The Venue: Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and delivering high-quality seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the Chef de Partie in running a section during service
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained at all times
- Contributing to daily mise en place and smooth kitchen operations
