Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Kitchen Administrator to support our busy kitchen operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you will play a key role in ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, helping to support the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen.
What you'll be doing
- Managing kitchen administration, including maintaining records, filing, and updating relevant documentation.
- Supporting stock control processes, supplier orders, deliveries, and invoice administration.
- Assisting the kitchen management team with rota administration, compliance paperwork, and general operational support.
What we're looking for
- A proactive and detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous administration experience within hospitality, catering, or a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting a team, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to develop their career within a growing hospitality business.
Good to know
- The role offers £14.80 per hour with a minimum guaranteed 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, supporting an excellent work-life balance.
- The business is closed on Easter, Christmas, and all bank holidays, and meals are provided while on duty.
- You’ll also benefit from excellent learning and development opportunities, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and clear routes for internal progression, making this a fantastic opportunity for both stability and long-term career growth.
