Role Purpose

We are seeking experienced Retail Managers to join our casual retail team on a flexible basis at Copper Box Arena, East London. The role involves leading our retail food and beverage operations during events and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations during events, overseeing team performance and customer experience.
• Supervise and motivate retail teams, providing clear direction and support throughout shifts.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and venue policies.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Essential Requirements

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a large sports venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Confident working in fast‑paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays.
• Right to work in the UK.
