Responsibilities:- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations
- Develop and implement efficient service and look after our amazing team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively
Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
