Role Purpose
Nonsuch Mansion, Cheam, SM3 8AL
£13.71 per hour (depending on experience) | Approx. 24 30 hours per week
Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role in a stunning venue? We are seeking a Café Supervisor to help deliver exceptional customer service at the beautiful Nonsuch Mansion in Cheam.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a unique location, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the café while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the daily operation of the café and supervising service
- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Assisting both front and back of house as required
- Supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support across different areas of the business
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service
- A reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment
