Oak View Group is reinventing the way the world comes together. Driven by a passion to revolutionise the live events industry with dynamic thinking and an unshakeable dedication to those we serve, OVG turns up the volume on what makes life extraordinary.
About The Venue: OVG provides turnkey access to hundreds of arenas, stadiums and theatres around the world, acting as a central resource for booking information, venue calendars, technical packets, event traffic data, and marketing support for promoters, talent agencies and producers seeking routing solutions. The OVG portfolio spans premier concert facilities in major cities alongside high-quality venues in secondary and tertiary markets, giving the team genuine breadth when it comes to matching talent with the right space.
Role Purpose: We are looking for a Booking Project Manager who combines strong commercial instincts with a well-developed network across the live entertainment industry – someone who understands how deals get done, knows the promoter and agency landscape, and is motivated by the quality of the shows they help bring to life. The Booking Project Manager will work across OVG's venue portfolio, managing the full booking process from initial enquiry and routing conversations through to confirmed deals and on-site delivery support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the booking pipeline across OVG's venue portfolio – building routing solutions, handling enquiries, progressing deals, and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Building and maintaining active relationships with promoters, talent agencies, producers and programmers, being a go-to contact that people want to bring their projects to.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify touring opportunities, track industry trends, and support strategic decisions on programming and venue positioning.
- Preparing and presenting reports, venue information packs, calendar availability, technical data, and deal summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating across OVG's internal teams including venue operations, marketing, production, and the wider global booking function, to ensure smooth delivery from confirmed booking through to show day.
- Supporting on-site event delivery during key periods, particularly during the busy summer season and for major international tours.
- Contributing to the development of OVG's booking processes, tools, and resources as the division grows.
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced live entertainment professional with a background in booking, venue programming, touring, or a closely related discipline.
- At least two years in live events – booking, venue operations, ticketing, touring, production, or artist liaison.
- Proven sales or business development experience with a track record of delivering results.
- An established network across the live entertainment industry – promoters, agencies, producers, or programmers.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for live music and entertainment.
