About The Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Role Purpose: Join the iconic Royal Albert Hall and be part of a vibrant bar team delivering exceptional service in one of London’s most prestigious venues. If you thrive in fast paced environments and love creating great guest experiences, this is the perfect role for you. This role is situated in our bars teams that cover over 16 different bar outlets across the RAH, a chance to work in a great cross functional team that deliver great hospitality across this iconic venue.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing friendly, efficient, and professional table service while delivering outstanding customer service during busy shifts.
  • Greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and creating a welcoming, memorable dining experience.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak periods.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, table presentation, and dining area upkeep.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a busy bar, hospitality venue, or event environment preferred.
  • Hospitality experience essential with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear command of English.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and contribute as part of a team.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Good to know: This is a full time role working five shifts per week with afternoon and evening shifts in a fast paced and exciting environment. Candidates must be over 18. The role pays up to £15.80 per hour.
