Pilots Bar & Kitchen is inspired by the glamour of travel in the 1950s. As part of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, our 150 cover restaurant serves an eclectic Brasserie style menu featuring international favourites and British specials. As a perfect dining option for all, Pilots is a destination in its own right.

Role Purpose

• Heathrow Terminal 5
• Salary: £13.50 per hour

We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join us at Pilots Bar and Kitchen. Ideally, you will have experience as a senior Waiter/Waitress or section leader within busy restaurants and bars; however, experience from hotels or fast-paced high street restaurants will also be suitable.

Most importantly, you will have the passion, etiquette, and character to offer a warm and attentive experience that will be a highlight of our guests’ journey!
