We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our Stadia division at Oak View Group. The Food and Beverage Cost Controller – Group Stadia will manage food and beverage costs, work closely with the support team to monitor inventory, analyze costs, and develop cost reduction strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining records and providing financial reports. They will oversee purchasing, stock management, logistics, and daily cost control, manage F&B data, monitor beverage handling, and conduct stocktakes and inventory control.
