Coopersale Hall School in Epping is seeking two dedicated and passionate Early Years Keyworkers / Nursery Nurses to join our Nursery and Pre-School childcare team that works with our 2 to 4 year olds all year round. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and early childhood education to children in our nursery setting. These roles offer an opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's development while working within a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for two candidates for two 6-hour shifts: 7am-1pm or 12pm-6pm daily over 52 weeks with 5 weeks' holiday allowance (including a 2-week annual shutdown over Christmas). The salary will be £25,000 per year.

Each successful candidate will:

  • be an outstanding Early Years practitioner with proven experience in nursery settings
  • have an excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • have high expectations of themselves and their pupils
  • be able to enthuse and inspire young children
  • possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • show a passion for developing children's knowledge
  • demonstrate patience and flexibility when working with young children in all aspects of their care
  • be willing to become fully involved in the life of the school
  • hold a valid driving licence or the ability to travel to and from Coopersale Hall School in Epping ready for the start of the relevant shift
  • hold a suitable and relevant Early Years qualification at NVQ Level 3 or the equivalent.
