Oak Tree School is seeking an organised and responsive Cover Administrator to manage daily cover requirements, ensuring learning continuity when colleagues are absent. You will coordinate cover supervisors, teaching colleagues and external supply staff, while maintaining accurate absence, cover and payroll information.
Based within Maiden Erlegh Trust, the role also involves attendance monitoring, room bookings and broader administrative and HR support, with safeguarding and confidentiality.
