You will work under the Headteacher and Deputy Heads, translating priorities into effective practice and leading systems that secure high standards in education, behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
You will lead on safeguarding, attendance and staffing, line manage teams, and contribute to school improvement, assemblies and events.
