As part of our community-focused retail operation, you’ll play a key role in developing the business and leading our exceptional team of volunteers.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily shop activities and manage staff to achieve financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, including cash handling and Gift Aid processes.
- Essential: Previous charity retail experience; desirable: furniture shop experience.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Confidence in working independently and managing a team.
This Role is Full Time, working 5 out of 7 days.
