We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to oversee the dismantling of a scaffolding job in North Finchley. While another company will be physically removing the scaffold, your responsibility will be to supervise the process, ensure all materials are accounted for, and verify that everything is stacked and loaded correctly onto the lorry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the scaffold dismantling process on-site.
• Ensure no equipment or materials go missing during removal.
• Check that all items are loaded and stacked properly onto the lorry.
• Liaise with both the removal team and Oak Scaffolding’s office as required.
• Maintain a presence on-site to represent Oak Scaffolding and protect company assets.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in scaffolding, construction, or site management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and assertive when needed.
• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
