This is a full-time, on-site Head Chef role located in Louth. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations for both the Bistro and Banqueting Suite, design and update innovative menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory, GP’s and labour costs
  • Maintaining food safety standards
  • Leading and training kitchen staff
  • Collaborating with management to deliver exceptional dining experiences
