Order Processing Manager Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: Coventry Are you an experienced order processing professional? Our client is looking for an Order Processing Manager to lead a small team, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of order processing and project coordination * Demonstrate proficiency with software. * Oversee and sign off surveyed orders with manufacturers, ensuring 100% accuracy and handling all associated items. * Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey. * Effectively manage a busy schedule, handling multiple projects of varying sizes and ensuring all orders are fulfilled according to customer expectations. * Lead and manage a small team of order processors, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy. * Use CRM software to track customer journeys and oversee all related administration, including purchase orders. * Coordinate installation teams and manage work schedules to ensure timely product deliveries. * Address any snagging issues on-site promptly and manage the service call engineers' diaries, ordering parts when necessary.
