We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join a fast-growing events business based in Coventry City Centre, working on a flagship UK-based beauty exhibition. You’ll be connecting with global skincare, cosmetics, and wellness brands — helping them reach new audiences while building a career with uncapped earning potential.
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
- Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients
- Manage your pipeline and reporting via Salesforce
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in exhibitions, events, or lifestyle sectors
- Confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and face-to-face sales
- Driven, motivated and target-oriented – with a consultative sales style
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary, based on experience, plus 25% performance bonus and uncapped commission. This is a Monday to Friday, full-time office-based role in Coventry City Centre with career progression in a supportive and expanding team.
