Overview

You will manage the SEND unit to ensure high quality teaching and learning for all pupils, oversee provision for children with complex needs, and promote inclusive practice across the school. Working closely with senior leaders, colleagues, and families, you will drive improvement and ensure that every pupil achieves their full potential.

You will play a key part in delivering high quality, inclusive teaching to pupils with SEND, helping to provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment.

We have specialist SEND provision at Brookside Primary School and are developing a new SEND unit at Overdale Infant School. You will be joining a forward thinking team dedicated to inclusion and excellence for all.
