We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join the team within Dragonflies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, helping pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider school staff, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes. The role includes delivering lessons to whole classes, supporting pupil progress, promoting positive behaviour, and helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
