Position Reception & Administrative Officer – Crosshill School, Oak Learning Partnership.

Overview

We are seeking a professional, organised and welcoming Reception & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for our school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greet visitors, pupils and parents.
  • Handle telephone calls, enquiries and direct callers accordingly.
  • Control access to the school, uphold safeguarding policies.
