We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Officer to provide a high‑quality recruitment and onboarding service across the Trust. The successful candidate will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions and advertising vacancies through to onboarding and compliance checks, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and in line with safer recruitment requirements.

Working closely with schools, managers, and the wider HR team, the Recruitment Officer will provide expert administrative support, maintain recruitment records and trackers, coordinate pre‑employment checks, and support managers with a range of HR processes. The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a customer‑focused approach to deliver an effective and professional service to both candidates and stakeholders.
