Oak Learning Partnership is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide high-quality operational HR support across our schools. You will act as a trusted adviser to managers, supporting employee relations casework, absence management, recruitment and onboarding, and promoting staff wellbeing while ensuring compliance with employment law and Trust policies.

Working closely with school leaders and the wider HR team, you will coach colleagues, contribute to HR projects, and support.
