As Head of Estates and Facilities, you will take the reins of our day-to-day operations, translating a comprehensive site condition survey into a highly disciplined, prioritised programme of works.

The Head of Estates and Facilities is a pioneering leadership role, responsible for the management, improvement and delivery of all estates and site operations across the College.

The postholder will ensure that buildings (both domestic and commercial), grounds, infrastructure, plant, and equipment are maintained to a high standard, compliant with statutory requirements, and fully fit for purpose in supporting the College's operational and educational needs.

A key element of the role is translating a comprehensive site condition survey into a prioritised, costed, and time-bound programme of works, ensuring implementation that improves long-term asset sustainability.

You will optimise existing infrastructure, drive environmental efficiencies, and systematically build commercial revenue to self-fund future estate improvements.
