The Group Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Opera’s workplace estate across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all offices provide a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and clients. Reporting to the Group COO, the role balances strong operational delivery with commercial awareness, maintaining consistent standards across locations while adapting to local regulations and business needs.

With a significant project focus, the role leads office searches, fit-outs, relocations, and consolidation projects to support the Group’s continued growth. The successful candidate will have strong experience in multi-site facilities or corporate real estate, along with excellent project management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills. A hands-on, adaptable approach is essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities across geographies. The role involves regular international travel and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
