Our UK Visual Merchandising Manager will ensure the brand DNA is rolled out consistently across the full estate. Core Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Retail and Property Director and working alongside the Creative Visual Merchandising Manager
- Recruiting, managing and developing a nationwide field team of Visual Merchandisers and Display Assistants
- Lead the operational VM strategy and execution across all UK retail stores in alignment with brand vision, business objectives and commercial goals
- Ensure new product launches are executed in line with VM strategy
- Ensure the field teams are executing VM display principles in stores nationwide
- Manage visual consistency across the estate with a hands-on approach
- Provide support to the field team within their divisions with regular nationwide travel, inspiring and motivating the team
- Identify operational challenges and areas for improvement, developing and embedding solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration and ways of working
- Collaborate with the Creative VM Manager to define rollout schedules for the field VM team
- Ensure the field team adhere to VM communications
- Design and deliver VM training and guidance on best practices and VM principles to ensure the team executes the creative vision
- Maintain accurate digital floor plans that reflect showroom layouts
- Support on New Store Openings and Refits, acting as a brand advocate to ensure stores are among the best in the estate
- Manage the Visual Merchandising budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost saving where possible
- Communicate regularly at all levels and engage with the broader business
- Ensure team compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and accountability through training
- Keep the team informed of company strategies and their roles in delivering them
- Identify training needs to build and retain a high-calibre team
- Set and review key objectives, monitor performance and progress of individuals
- Build strong relationships with store managers and Divisional Sales Managers
- Support the senior leadership team with project work when required

- Proven experience as a senior Visual Merchandising manager, managing a field-based team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, collaborative and able to build relationships at all levels
