The Store Manager role is vital and integral to our business. Our customers can count on you for valuable guidance as they seek to design the ideal home for themselves. You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand customer needs and adopts a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers leave having purchased the perfect product while experiencing an excellent customer journey. As an accomplished, motivational, and inspirational manager, you will be able to deliver great team sales performance. You are a great people person who cares, nurtures, and supports their team, leading by example and displaying OFL values and behaviors. Experience in big box retail sales, ideally furniture, is preferred but not essential, as in-depth structured training will be provided.
