With a consultative sales approach and expert knowledge of our comprehensive product range, they deliver an exceptional experience on every occasion. Committed to commercial excellence, they enjoy a generous industry-leading uncapped commission scheme that rewards all colleagues for their efforts. Working closely together, our showroom teams adopt a ‘One Team’ mindset, supporting each other to meet the needs of customers while consistently exceeding personal and team targets. Through in-showroom mentorship and extensive learning and development, they become true furniture experts, positively impacting key performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Trustpilot.
