Retail Sales Advisor – Glasgow – Part time
Our Retail Sales Advisors are at the heart of our business acting as our biggest brand ambassadors. They are the first point of contact for customers visiting our network of showrooms, providing consultative support to help customers choose furniture and accessories. They deliver commercial excellence, adopt a consultative sales approach, and aim for exceptional customer experience.
High performance is recognised by a generous industry‑leading uncapped commission scheme rewarding all colleagues for their efforts.
Showroom teams operate with a ‘One Team’ mindset, supporting each other to meet customers’ needs and exceed targets. Mentoring and ongoing learning develop our advisors into furniture experts, enhancing net promoter scores and Trustpilot metrics.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, Retail, Sales Consultant, or Sales Executive.
