Responsibilities
- Our Retail Sales Advisors are at the heart of our business, acting as our biggest brand ambassadors. They are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our network of showrooms, and they support customers in choosing the perfect pieces of furniture and accessories from our broad range of products.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach using expert knowledge of our comprehensive product range to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every occasion.
- Contribute to a high-performing showroom environment; the role is recognised by an uncapped commission scheme that rewards performance.
- Work with showroom teams in a collaborative, “One Team” mindset to meet customer needs while achieving personal and team targets.
- Share knowledge and learn through in-showroom mentorship and our development offerings to become furniture experts and improve customer metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score and Trustpilot).
