As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a talented and passionate Product Owner to join our team.

As a motivated and strategic Product Owner you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our products. You’ll act as the voice of the customer and key link between stakeholders, business teams, and delivery teams, ensuring products deliver measurable value aligned with business goals. We offer hybrid working with 2 days in the Swindon office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 3 at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and success measures.
  • Ensure alignment of product goals with wider business strategy.
  • Continuously refine the product roadmap based on evolving business needs, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams.
  • Gather, prioritise, and validate requirements to ensure clear understanding of needs.
  • Manage expectations, dependencies, and communications across the business.
  • Own and maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog with story‑pointed items.
  • Translate business objectives into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, communicating product goals, collaborating with backend development teams to refine requirements, and overseeing technical debt and scalability efforts.
  • Work with the IT Development Team leadership to ascertain development capacity for upcoming sprints, and adjust plans to reflect that available capacity.
  • Make trade‑off decisions to maximise value delivery and balance short‑term wins with long‑term objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (design, development, operations, etc.) to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Participate in key agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Ensure timely delivery of features, managing risks and removing blockers.
  • Champion customer & stakeholder needs, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, valuable, and usable.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet intended business outcomes.
  • Monitor and measure product performance against KPIs and objectives.
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in both product and process.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management with first class, concise communication skills.
  • Accustomed to working at pace and delivering to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and able to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience in a product environment (technology, services, or physical goods) preferred.
